Reagan Malloy is a key member of the Tongue & Groove team, leveraging her diverse background in real estate as both a broker and commercial property manager. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a B.S. in Marine Biology and a NC Real Estate License, she excels in client services, strategic decision-making, and data analysis. Her ability to communicate complex information clearly helps drive business growth and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Reagan enjoys surfing, biking, and walking along the beach, embodying the coastal lifestyle she loves.
